The basic material we use for Varion canopy manufacturing is Aluminium, where we first construct a main frame on which based on customers' product specification both sides where pre-laminated aluminium sheet is applied and finally finished with an extruded edge profile. During the assembling process we can add an acoustical filler based on mineral wool providing high sound absorption performance.

Modular creation
Is a totally unique approach where each single element is assembled following customer' specification providing a choice of shape, surface treatment, perforation and colour selection on surfaces and edges.

Canopy size is 118x178cm fitted with a discrete shadow gap into a module of 120x180cm, providing harmonization with the ceiling, floor or facade module.
Surface selection
DURA – High quality lamination with durable a vinyl surface providing very easy and efficient cleaning, durability and lifetime. As an addition we do offer a wide colour selection of more than 300 different colours and surfaces.
With the fact that we can apply the same laminations we use for Varion Canopy production as well as on walls and other surfaces, designers can easily harmonise colours within one space.
Perforation selection
Using advanced CAD CAM punching technology we process Durafort laminated aluminium and providing in addition to aesthetics as well as an element of acoustics - absorption.
This surface provides highest sound transparency supported by an integrated mineral wool pad achieving premium sound absorption.
On project level this technology gives us a possibility to adopt perforation design and light fitting cut outs to architects' needs.
Edge selection
Mode of production and assembling allows us to separate coating application. A selection is possible out of 6 standard colours and creates infinitive possibilities to match or contrast colours with panel surface designs.
